Need to Adapt an Excel Template to a customized SFDC form

We have been using a customized/formatted Microsoft Excel spreadsheet as a Project Form. We'd like to be able to mimic the design of this form and auto-fill information from SFDC fields so we can simplify the production and printing aspect of this repetitive task. Ideally, we'd like to adapt this for use on a tablet rather than printing out hardcopies for each project.
