Develop Vertical Specific Operation Management System

Seeking a developer to help design and develop a vertical specific operational management system. System will be a rewrite of existing MS Access database application on the force.com platform. Once solution is developed for my customer, the solution will be sold to other prospects in the industry. Looking for a long term partner for this project that will offer both development expertise and experience deploying/supporting application on the appexchange. Anticipated project duration 6-9 months for phase 1 with follow on phases and support. Equity in venture to be offered for right candidate. Further details offered after executing an NDA.
