Sr. Business Analyst (Requirements Lead) - An on-site resource (min. 3.5 - 4 days/week in San Antonio, TX) who: • understands Field Services business processes and enterprise ServiceMax solutions • is experienced in gathering complex business requirements • can accurately and thoroughly document Business Requirements • can effectively facilitate business reviews of documented Business Requirements and obtain formal sign-off • can accurately and thoroughly document Functional Specifications • can facilitate meetings with delivery team to present Business Requirements, convey business context, and ensure delivery team's understanding of Business Requirements (a.k.a., knowledge transition to delivery team) • can effectively lead a team of internal BAs (i.e., set team direction, define standards, coach for performance, review/QA deliverables) If interested please email your resume to b.goin@computerfutures.com
