Con Edison is seeking a dedicated professional to join its management team to support, maintain, and implement the Demand Management Tracking System (DMTS) in support of the Energy Efficiency and Demand Management programs and goals. The Senior Specialist will assist in documenting business process requirements, business workflow, and enhancement requests to support all Energy Efficiency and Demand Management efforts that are tracked and managed within the DMTS. Primary responsibilities will focus on configuration and maintenance of the Energy Efficiency and Demand Management programs in the DMTS. The Senior Specialist will assist in developing test plans and executing test scripts. A major focus will be placed on data management and troubleshooting of DMTS user issues and data uploads from various Implementation Contractors.The creation and maintenance of desk reference guides and procedural documentation will also be required to support the governance and maintenance of the various environments and program configurations of the DMTS.
