Salesforce System Administrator/Developer

Power Factors is looking for a talented Salesforce System Administrator to join our team at our office in Brossard. The Salesforce System Administrator (SSA) is a key team member on our Strategic Business Process Engagements and is responsible for analyzing, designing and developing best practice business processes using the Salesforce.com platform environment. The SSA is tasked with facilitating workshops and requirements sessions to gain an understanding of our customer's current state processes and technology in the enterprise asset management (EAMS) space, specifically related to the use of Salesforce.com and currently operating within the AssetOptics SFDC application service environment. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, computer science, database administration • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce.com system administrator • Productive, Motivated • Bilingual (French/English) • Self-managing; works unsupervised to deliver project assignments, in scope, on schedule ASSETS • Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator • Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer • Maintain salesforce.com certifications annually
