Need Help with "Previous load of class failed"

Refreshed Sandbox, tried to deploy a new inbound change set into production, and received an error that said "Previous load of class failed". The error appears to be in one line of a previous test class (not the test class we tried to deploy). It seems to be a simple problem, but we don't have development experience.
