Integration of Salesforce records with CoSign digital signature solution

1. General CoSign offers a digital signature infrastructure to enterprise processes and enables digitally signing various document formats such as PDF, Word, Excel, TIFF and more. The CoSign solution is offered as an on-premise hardware appliance that is installed within the corporate network, or as a cloud service that is offered as a SaaS. It is the goal of ARX to evaluate the integration of CoSign digital signatures within SalesForce records and activities. The purpose of this document is to outline the requirements for such integration. For more information on CoSign by ARX, please refer to: http://www.arx.com 2. Requirements * Apply a CoSign digital signature to a specific PDF document that is attached to a Quote record. * The signature operation will enable the signer to interactively select the location where the signature should be applied on the document. * The signed document will be saved back in Salesforce as a new document with an appropriate filename suffix (e.g. my_doc-signed.pdf).
