Salesforce Administrator

Reporting to the Director, Custom Solutions and Integrations, the Systems Administrator/Analyst is a member of the Custom Solutions and Integrations Team within the department of Data Strategy and Innovation. Data Strategy and Innovation is dedicated to housing, managing, analyzing and disseminating information and data to inform University Advancement strategy, as well as fostering strong relationships with donors, volunteers and campus partners and promoting effective integration. The Systems Administrator/Analyst is responsible for supporting the Office of Advancement through the implementation and maintenance of the Salesforce platforms, serving as the primary system administrator. The administrator will work closely with subject matter experts, business analysts, and technical staff to identify, develop and deploy new business processes and maintain user security.
