We are the largest marketer of brand-name baby and children's clothing in the US and the second largest in Mexico, marketing clothing under 2 of the brands more recognized and durable. Principal Activities: -Provide technical support by being responsible for bug fixing, code changes, optimization, and configuration changes to the Carter’s Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) environments. -Provide operation support by leading internal and/or external technical discussions along with Carter’s and third-party vendors stakeholders and working with them to triage production issues (including cross-application) to identify workarounds and/or fixes. Requirements: +3 years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platform. +3 years of experience in enterprise eCommerce Website development and operations. -Bachelors or Master degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or Engineering. -Proficiency in platforms used for Build, Testing, Continuous Integration / Delivery, and monitoring, preferred. -Advanced level of english (C1-C2) -Live in Mexico Benefit 100% remote
