Salesforce Business Analyst

This position works with our salesforce users to identify and document improvements wanted in salesforce to continuously improve the software. Then you work with the development team to explain the changes that are needed and test out the solution with the users. This is not a developer position, this is more of a salesforce admin and superuser position.
