Data and CRM Analyst, UK (Hybrid - home and Stratford-upon-Avon)

The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust is recruiting a full-time Data and CRM Analyst to work within the Visitor Experience and Business Development Directorate. You will have a key role in enabling us to develop a data-led approach to our activities, ensuring data insight is central to developing our performance across the organisation and enhancing audience experience. You will ensure the effective development, maintenance and championing of the Trust’s Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce) by acting as a super-user. You will be a data champion, responsible for extracting and analysing data from various sources including our ticketing system. You will share the derived insight with a range of audiences via reports, visualisations and dashboards to aid strategic decision making and improve campaign performance.
