Business Analyst - Salesforce

Founded in 2006, the mission of the CUNY Building Performance Lab is to advance high-performance building operations and practices in commercial and public buildings. In its work with NYC gov't, CUNY BPL provides support to the NYC Dept. of Citywide Admin. Services Div. of Energy Management (DEM) for implementing NYC's climate and clean energy policies. CUNY BPL is looking for an enthusiastic, intuitive, and professional Business Analyst to support DEM’s SF platform development goals. This will include leading requirements gathering across a range of teams, while collaborating with an implementation partner, internal IT dept., and SF admin. The BA will work to gain an understanding of business and IT processes, logic, and applications across the organization and translate these into clear requirements, visuals, and process documents. They will also suggest and test process improvements in a host of areas, including compliance reporting, contact management, budgeting, and program administration. Requires: 5+ years of experience as a BA in SDLC; 2+ years of experience with Service Cloud and familiarity with SF Community; Salesforce Business Analyst certification (others considered).
