Objective of this Role: The Customer Relationship Management Administrator is responsible for bridging the gap between Renova’s CRM platform and the users. This platform, known as “SOL”, is designed using Salesforce software to help manage customer data and company workflow through the use of custom records/forms and workflow automation. Key Responsibilities: Create/Maintain custom lists and reports Create/Maintain communications templates using templated formats Create/Maintain automation workflows through Create/Maintain email campaigns Assist with the design and creation of new records and forms Support with CRM-related user issues Document and train department staff on new system procedures Take part and document stakeholder meeting Assist with the Onboarding of new employees into SOL
