Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our complex Salesforce Sales Cloud instance. This person works closely with all seven internal Service Units, as well as 90+ users from several Network Affiliates, to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes, enhance existing, or sunset processes that no longer support the business needs. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator, and part analyst. In support of ROC USA’s efforts to evolve with greater discipline, this person will enhance our community through investment in people, policies, systems, data, and technology. This person will be the model for best practices to maximize the value of our resources in Salesforce.
