Administrator & Business Analyst

The ideal candidate will be Admin 201 certified and have a good working knowledge of how businesses can use the platform to meet their needs. Primary role responsibilities: - Gather client requirements - Design and propose solutions to meet client needs - Work as a part of a team to configure and deploy Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and other applications - Work as a part of a team to design integrations to on or off platform applications - Train users on customizations and general functionality
