Salesforce Performance Lead

Fraserway is looking for a highly capable Salesforce Performance Lead to ensure that Fraserway RV Sales staff maximize the benefits offered by the Salesforce eco-system. To ensure success as the Salesforce Performance Lead, you should possess extensive knowledge of the full Salesforce eco-system and the ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment with many requests from key stakeholders. As a member of the operations team, you’ll be instrumental in supporting our quickly growing marketing and sales teams and building out the processes that will drive Fraserway RV to the next level. Every day will bring new challenges and require cross-functional collaboration to solve problems such as improving business workflows, reporting/data quality, and marketing and sales processes.
