Salesforce Administrator (Permanent, Full-time)

The Role We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our Marketing Platform team. You’ll work collaboratively across engineering, sales and marketing to implement and maintain our instance of Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud and related systems. You'll also enhance end-user experience by providing training, continuous support and new feature development. Ideally you'll have: Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud. Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications and maintaining integrations. Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis, including custom reporting within Salesforce.com and custom reporting objects. Experience maintaining a fairly complex Salesforce organisation (either with more users, a more complex sharing model, integrations and/or using less common features). Experience maintaining and customising the Salesforce organisation using best practices. Full understanding of options, such as automation, record types vs. page layouts.
