Salesforce Administrator

ScanSource is a technology wholesaler, and we have a growing Salesforce practice. We currently have two openings for this role. We are looking for a person who not only understands the technical aspects of Salesforce but is a strong communicator and partner for our business stakeholders. The Salesforce Administrator will provide support to the organization through the customization and configuration of our Salesforce platform. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes including: Marketing, Sales/Sales Operations, Customer Servicing and our core program business processes. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part business analyst.
