Salesforce Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES -Implement Salesforce products and solutions on projects with an emphasis on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform. -Maintain and support Salesforce implementations of all shapes and sizes. -Work daily with a team composed of a Salesforce architect/team lead and other Salesforce consultants and developers. -Execute low code customization and configuration changes to achieve business requirements (e.g. flows, custom objects and fields, lightning page changes, reports and dashboards, validation rules, data loader imports, installing and configuring AppExchange packages, etc.). -Work in sandboxes and deploy via change sets to manage the application lifecycle. -Demo completed work during iteration meetings with customers. -Contribute to business process improvement discussions with customers and provide recommendations. -Train system administrators and power users when required. -Implement best practices on low code and pro code customizations to minimize technical debt. -Maintain Salesforce certifications. -Acquire new certifications with time on the job for learning. -Write consulting and technical articles for dbservices.com.
