Salesforce CPQ Specialist

The Salesforce CPQ Specialist is a key member of Ness Digital Engineering Delivery organization. In addition to communicating clearly with both written and verbal skills, you must be able to work in a team environment. Job location : Remote within United States Responsibilities • Requirements gathering in all aspects of a CPQ configuration • Creating documentation of both requirements and technical design for a CPQ implementation • Implementing said requirements and technical design • Generating test scripts based on said requirements document • Facilitating successful user acceptance testing • Participating in and/or leading Go-live migrations of complex CPQ implementations • Writing "how-to" documentation for both end-users (How-to Quote) and CPQ admin users (How-to be CPQ Admin) • Administering comprehensive training to both end-users and CPQ admin users Salesforce Certifications • Salesforce Admin • CPQ Specialist Additional Salesforce Certifications • Developer I • Billing Superbadges Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics • 5+ years' of relevant experience • Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
