LIVE ANYWHERE IN THE US. Uptima is expanding and is seeking experienced leader to manage its US-Based Saleforce Service Cloud Practice. MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS (& WHAT YOU WILL DO & UPTIMA): 10+ Years as Subject Matter Expert and proven Thought Leader in the space (Service, Field Service). 8+ Years in the Salesforce Ecosystem as a consultant and/or system integrator or head of business applications at Enterprise company with responsibility to the deployment of Salesforce as a Mission-Critical solution for Service / Field Service Management Delivered complex enterprise grade Service Cloud projects at the capacity of architect / transformation leader / Practice Leader. Can work closely with prospects during the pre-sale cycle to position our services , create a roadmap and business case, scope a project, create, present and negotiate Estimates and SOWs. Become a trusted partner to AEs and RVPs at Salesforce (ideally already have many relationships and strong reputation with many of them).
