Software Systems Administrator

Meridian Bird Removal is a dynamic, high-growth company in search of a team member to perform day to day administration of Salesforce and related systems, including Geopointe, Conga, and Youreka. Define user needs and work with third-party vendors to deliver custom solutions and smooth data flow. Train and support user teams daily and with exceptions, upgrades and problems through the help desk. Design and implement a data integrity strategy, including custom fields, triggers, and workflows. Configure and clean database and data, including ensuring dashboards are accurate. Create reports and dashboards to share data across teams and customers. Monitor assigned activities and tasks to ensure projects remain on schedule and within the approved scope/budget. Support beta testing, quality assurance, end-user acceptance testing and validation for new or revised applications.
