Salesforce Administrator

Westchester, New York based Financial Recovery Firm, is looking for a Salesforce Certified Administrator to work closely with its user community. The right candidate shall have experience in data analysis/engineering in order to support a growing sales team, data processing department and senior management. Applicants must have 3-5 years of Salesforce Administrative experience and a strong understanding of relational databases (SQL/SOQL). Duties include: • Daily maintenance of the Salesforce instance • Building and maintaining management reports • Integrating data from external systems • Working with developers to customize data processes • Sales lead preparation • Database clean-up & data migration Preferred skills include: • Analytical & strategic thinker • Problem solving skills • Ability to effectively communicate with users to define problems and present solutions • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and working with formulas in large spreadsheets. • Team player, who is open to other duties of a growing firm as required
