USA/Remote - Salesforce.com Specialist - Thermo Fisher Scientific

The CRM specialist will work as part of the marketing team, dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs. We are seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly. The ideal candidate is a salesforce.com guru and an advanced professional in systems & process design and implementation. As a strategic partner to the business, you will cultivate a deep understanding of their processes and act as a strategic consultant on their business systems needs. You will gather and document requirements, design and document technology solutions in the CRM space with a focus on Salesforce.com technologies and various integrations (e.g. Eloqua, Marketo, Adobe Analytics/AEM) to support our CRM Sales area.
