Immediate start for a permanent full time position in Sydney CBD reporting to the Head of Marketing and managing a S&M Ops Analyst. Sales & Marketing Operations Manager main purpose is to manage the development, deployment and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce, and effectively manage the CRM team and workload, while generally being an Evangelist for CRM best practice. This highly motivated individual will have excellent communication skills and have experience of influencing at all levels within a business. They will build effective and collaborative relationships across the organisation to shape, define and implement the road map. This is a key role within the business as we look to shape the future of our systems. Please note that this is a technical role requiring solid development skills as well as team management.
