Sales and Marketing Operations Analyst (Sydney CBD)

Contract position, with a few to permanent employment for the right skilled individual. Clear communication is critical in working with our Heads of Divisions and the S&M teams. You will determine the opportunities and the promotional activities ELMO should engage in to effectively market and sell our products. The information the you gather predicts market trends that allows ELMO to plan and change sales and marketing techniques to improve profitability. You will prepare sales forecasts and collect and analyse data to evaluate current sales and marketing goals. You will research and evaluate current economic conditions that may affect ELMO’s ability to sell its products in the marketplace. Oversee transactional sales and marketing processes including product set-up and maintenance, lead process management, lead/contact data stewardship, database maintenance, reporting from Salesforce and Marketo extractions. The role will involve working with department heads to identify and improve organisational efficiencies through the use of Salesforce and Marketo, or integrations with Salesforce and Marketo.
