Take ownership on user stories, ensuring requirements are properly gathered Estimate complexity (story points) and prioritise development tasks Participate in meetings, technical workshops and demos project stakeholders Identify and report technical risk factors and relevant impediments Identify problems, design and implement resolutions Maintain code and configuration items in the Version Control System (VCS) Adopt and disseminate coding standards Participate in code review session Setup and maintain build automation Execute and maintain builds across staging and production environments Author and maintain project documentation Qualification / certification / experience Broad experience across the Salesforce ecosystem Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 & 2 3+ years of professional development experience Experienced with agile or waterfall development projects
