Salesforce Consultant

SmartFrame, a London-based image streaming and protection company is currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant. The role is temporary and with the project anticipated to last approximately 2-3 months, with an option to continue consulting part-time thereafter on future developments. Project Scope: You will be working together alongside our internal Salesforce Administrator to help her troubleshoot, improve and refine our Salesforce setup and architecture. Tasks will include: Deep dive into our current Salesforce setup, review data structure & architecture. Meet with internal stakeholders to analyse and review business’ functional and technical requirements. Make recommendations to the business for changes and improvements. Execute the agreed changes with our Salesforce Administrator. As part of the project we are seeking to address a number of specific problems, including: Data duplication issues Reliable automation for email, payment processes, case updates, opportunities and products Lack of internal user adoption across business Essential Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience implementing Salesforce at enterprise level
