Admin, pardot and markting help!

Small Solicitors firm looking for someone to help with a bit of admin overhaul and pardot/marketing help. We are a small firm who have been using Salesforce for 3 years, we are now in need of a bit of admin overhaul to make sure all is still working properly and up to the current standards and best practices. We also are using Pardot but again we've not updated it much since it was set up as the marketing person is on maternity leave so we need some help on this side of things. Can work remotely or onsite
