Developer - Resume Database

We designed a custom Applicant Tracking System application to track open jobs, candidates, labor categories and etc. We are looking for developer to fine tune this application to include developing workflows. In addition, we need to find the best solution to import resumes into an object and/or database with the ability for resume parsing. Would also like applicants to be able to apply to jobs online.
