Our NYC based fundraising team is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to serve as the primary owner for GiveDirectly’s Salesforce instance, which functions as our source of truth for over $50 million in donations received every year. Your skillset and work product will enable GiveDirectly to improve the efficiency of its fundraising operations, obtain insights into donor behavior, and meet financial/audit requirements. The ideal candidate brings existing expertise in Salesforce as well the Nonprofit Success Pack (npsp), is comfortable independently implementing required changes or features in a high quality way, and has experience working with different stakeholders to identify pain points and build solutions. We’re looking for someone with a strong drive to take ownership, a capacity to navigate unfamiliar settings, and an excellent ability to communicate and think both at a high level as well as in the weeds of complex problems.
