About the position We're looking for an exceptionally talented individual to manage our GTM (Go-To-Market) business systems and processes. The role will require hands-on coaching to ensure that these systems are understood, adopted and leveraged by Sales Managers and their Sales Rep’s. In addition, this role will be pivotal in being the regional spokesperson and advocate in driving out requirements back to the systems development teams, with a primary focus on Salesforce.com, but also supporting NetSuite (ERP) and other tools and applications that touch CRM. This individual will have a strong background in Salesforce.com and experience with Netsuite (or other CRM tool) from an individual contributor perspective (i.e., Sales role, Sales or Marketing Operations role) and be comfortable recommending system improvements and enhancements to the CRM Team. In parallel, this individual must have the talent and desire to coach, train and mentor Sales Managers and Sales Rep’s into the effective adoption and utilization of our business systems. Key to the role will be the ability to coach “self-help” as opposed to becoming a crutch for the sales force.
