Salesforce Administrator - Permanent up to £45,000 pa - Welwyn Garden City

Main Purpose of Role: PayPoint have embarked on a multi phased Salesforce project that will transform their business infrastructure, from initial enquiries through to fulfilment and ongoing customer service. We are looking for someone who has experience of managing change in complex businesses and will help advise the business on where to best leverage the Salesforce solution. As part of a multi-discipline team they will take a lead role in the ongoing business support, rollout and future roadmap of Salesforce (initially Service & Sales Cloud with CPQ & Pardot) within the PayPoint business. This highly motivated individual will have excellent communication skills and have experience of influencing at all levels within a business. They will build effective and collaborative relationships across the organisation to shape, define and implement the roadmap. This is a key role within the business as we look to shape the future of our systems.
