The director, sales and marketing operations reports directly to the CMO and is responsible for sales and marketing-related measurement, planning, infrastructure and data management. We’re looking for an operations leader who possess a broad range of experience and skills and will serve not only as the leader of the operations team, but as the data-driven consultant to the CEO, CMO and sales leadership to help proactively identify trends and ensure alignment with our business objectives with operational budgets.
