As part of our commitment to outstanding levels of service, we are deploying the Salesforce Communities product to empower our candidates and clients to take control of their interactions with our brand, as well as having the ability to access relevant information for their needs. We are looking to integrate the Communities product to allow candidates to check on the status of jobs they have applied for, access training and development resources such as videos, blog posts etc and to utilize the groups functionality to interact with one another across a broad range of topics. In addition, we are looking to collaborate and share resources with our clients via the Chatter functionality, to speed up the hiring process. The suitable developer will have a proven track record of building out communities with links to examples of some of their latest work.
