CRM fusion analyst ( dupleblocker, peopleimport) /Data steward/ Salesforce Admin

Responsibilities *Design data definition, data conversion, and data de-duplication rules for the enterprise *Develop data best practices and communicate those best practices to CRM stakeholders *Create daily jobs in CRM fusion DemandTools. *Create business data de-duplication rules in CRM fusion’s Dupeblocker application. *Design and deploy data quality and business intelligence dashboards and reports to key stakeholders *Test new features built into a sandbox environment *Resolve data quality issues. Review error reports and take corrective action on the data source. *Manage and implement process improvement initiatives related to data governance Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience working as a data steward or in data governance -Excellent Knowledge of both CRM Fusion tools (DupeBlocker, DemandTools, PeopleImport) -2 years’ experience with CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred)
