Looking for a consultant to set up a new Salesforce.com Organization

Looking for a consultant to set up a new Salesforce.com Organization. We would like to use Salesforce.com to automate most of the back office processes such as Sales and Marketing management and integrate Salesforce.com with our site. There will be various tasks and projects of all sizes. Some simple customizations may take a few hours and other projects could require longer timelines.
