App focussed on Chatter, Facebook & Twitter

I am looking for a Developer who has experience in building Apps that have been released onto the Appexchange, and that also has a good knowledge of Chatter and all things "Social" - including Facebook, Twitter & Linkedin. I don't believe that this is particularly complex and is a specific project that could well lead to further enhancement & development. Whilst I have a good idea of what the App needs to do, I am also looking for input and advice on how to enhance the initial concept and get this live.
