Invisible Children has been using Salesforce.com since 2008. Our usage now spans across several departments in both the San Diego headquarters office as well as our program headquarters in Gulu, Uganda. Specific applications deployed include contact activity management, HR applications processing, inventory and POS management, customer service, donor management and processing, and management of a variety of data sets for our educational and micro-economic programs in Uganda. We are looking for a person experienced in Salesforce CRM Application Administration, Development, Data Integration and Customization. This person will need to analyze requirements and develop technical designs and components/extensions based around the needs of programs and departments in San Diego as well as Gulu, Uganda. S/he will enforce best practices, standards and guidelines related to application development and produce detailed documentation and training to the users of the application and technologies.
